Horsque currently ships its entire line to the Netherlands and Belgium. Do you want to have products shipped to another country? Then contact contact@horsque.nl

For parcels within the Netherlands we work together with DHL. For orders to Belgium we work together with DPD. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €5.95 under €25. Shipping to Belgium costs €9.95.

You have up to 30 days to return unopened products. In that case you can contact contact@horsque.nl to get a return label.

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us and we will find a suitable solution together. Horsque will never let you down!

It may be that you had suggested something different with the product or its operation. Please contact our customer service and we will help you in the best possible way. You can do this on contact@horsque.nl

Use horsque

All Horsque shampoos can be applied by hand, sponge and brush. All shampoos are also easy to rinse out.

Note that the Shiny Silver can leave a blue glow on the hands and nails. Preferably use a brush or sponge.

Horsque recommends using the entire line weekly. Due to the intensely cleansing care line, it is not necessary to use the product daily.

All prices quoted include VAT according to the Dutch rate (9  or 21%).

When ordering via Horsque, you can choose private or business when entering the data. If you choose business, you can enter the company information that should appear on the invoice. The VAT is always specified on Horsque's invoices.

That's very annoying! In that case, take contact customer service, we are happy to help you!

When we have received your payment, we will process your order as soon as possible. Please note that it can take one to two working days longer for the order to be sent with bank transfers. If you have already placed a new order and want to cancel it, please let us know. We will then arrange this for you.
